Every year, the GLAAD Media Awards recognize those in media who have made strides in achieving inclusion and representation for the LGBTQ community. This year, the event was held at The Beverly Hilton in California and rolled out the red carpet for countless stars, including Wicked‘s Cynthia Erivo and Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story breakout star Cooper Koch.
Cynthia received the Stephen F. Kolzak Award, which honors an LGBTQ professional who has made a lasting impact in raising awareness for and empowering the community.
